General Information

The word workshop is generally used as "workshop" in our language and refers to the work done by coming together, such activities are also called "workshop". Leather workshop is an enjoyable event where you can produce your own handmade leather products by joining our workshop.

As the organizer of the workshop, I, Mert, my architect and designer, provide you with training. The number of individuals who have received design training among the people or companies that produce and actively operate handmade leather products is quite limited. I have been actively involved in the production of handmade leather products since 2015. Additionally, I share my experiences I have accumulated since 2018 by organizing workshops. All materials used in the workshops are provided by us and are included in the participation fee. Workshop Content

The workshop lasts one day and 4 hours in total. At the end of the workshop, you leave having made your own leather card holder. Here are the details: 

a) Leather Cutting: Introduction of the tools to be used for leather cutting. Practice on how to use and hold tools correctly.

b) Preparation for Planting: Detailed explanations of pre-planting preparations. Basic information of leather sewing, how to sew and the preparation process. How to take measurements on the skin.

c) Sewing and Application:Sewing a small product to practice the information learned during the training. At this stage, participants will have the chance to learn by sewing their own products.

d) Final Product:In the final stage of the workshop, participants will make a single-compartment snap card holder. Detailed implementation and practice of each step.

e) Information Sharing and Finishing:At the end of the workshop, participants will receive information about purchasing leather products, where and how to obtain them. They will learn practical information about what tools and materials they will need.

f) Special Card Holder Model:The card holder to be made within the scope of the workshop will be a specially selected model. The details of this model, the materials to be used and the techniques to be used will make your learning process more enjoyable.

Detailed explanation of each step will allow participants to both develop their basic leather craftsmanship skills and create a unique leather product.

Or you can choose the day that is available and suitable for you and register on this page. Current dates and number of remaining people are constantly updated. Once you choose the workshop day and make your purchase, we will contact you as soon as possible and discuss the details. Please fill out your contact information completely.  If you pay online and do not arrive on the date you selected, there is absolutely no refund. If you notify us up to 4 days in advance, we can change your day, otherwise your rights will be forfeited.
